  1. Reuben Cheese Ball

  3. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  4. 1 c. shredded sauerkraut, drained well (squeeze about half-dry)
  5. 1/2 t. dry mustard
  6. 1-2 T. mayonnaise
  7. 1 can corned beef, chopped, warmed, drained (on paper towels) and cooled
  8.  
  9. Blend all ingredients (use a fork to mix together..not mixer..weird texture!). Form into ball and put in refrigerator to set up. Roll in fresh chopped parsley or chopped pecans.
  10. Serve on party rye bread.
